Advertiser & Listing Agreement

1. What YTR is (and is not)

Yours To Rent (“YTR”) is a listing directory. Companies advertise vehicles and equipment. Visitors contact the company directly using the phone number and email on the listing.

YTR does not take bookings, process rental payments between customer and company, supply drivers, or verify customers in V1.

2. Monthly listing fee

Companies may publish unlimited listings. There is no quantity cap. Each listing costs R400 per month. Billing is recurring through PayFast. A listing is publicly visible only while that listing’s subscription is active. If payment lapses or is cancelled, the listing is removed from Browse until paid again.

3. Your listings

• You confirm you are authorised to advertise the vehicle or equipment.
• Information, photos, prices (R/hour and/or R/day), and contact details must be accurate.
• You are responsible for all enquiries, hire arrangements, and contracts with customers.
• YTR may remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful, or unpaid.

4. Electronic acceptance

By ticking the agreement checkbox on registration or when creating a listing, you accept this Advertiser & Listing Agreement and the Website Terms & Conditions.
