These Website Terms & Conditions govern your use of Yours To Rent (“YTR”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you advertise — the Advertiser & Listing Agreement.
YTR V1 is a directory. Companies list vehicles and equipment. Visitors contact the company directly by phone or email. YTR does not take bookings, process hire payments between customer and company, or verify drivers in V1.
Advertisers also accept the Advertiser & Listing Agreement (unlimited listings; R400 per listing per month via PayFast). A listing is public only while that subscription is active.
YTR provides a website where rental companies can publish listings with photos, rates (R/hour and/or R/day), and contact details. Customers browse and search those listings and contact the company themselves.
Companies may register, log in, maintain a profile, and manage their own listings. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You may add, edit, and delete listings. You confirm you are authorised to advertise the vehicle or equipment, and that photos, prices, and contact details are accurate. YTR may remove listings that are unpaid, misleading, or unlawful.
Each listing costs R400 per month, billed as a recurring PayFast subscription. That fee is for advertising on YTR. It is not a rental booking fee. If the subscription is inactive, the listing does not appear on Browse.
Customers contact the company using the phone number and email shown on the listing. There is no in-app chat and no online booking on YTR in V1. Hire terms are between the customer and the company.
YTR is not a party to any hire arrangement. To the extent permitted by law, YTR is not liable for disputes, damage, or loss arising from contact or hire between a visitor and a listing company.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: Contact YTR.
